Abstract:
A new method to build interchange metro station by using triple circle shield technology was put forward under complex condition. Combined with a transfer station case, the whole process of triple circle shield construction near transfer stations was numerically simulated. The deformations of floor, enclosure structure, segment and surrounding stratum caused by the construction of triple circle shield were analyzed. The results show that within the width of the triple circle shield station, the original floor of the station descends, and the original enclosure structure of the station deforms horizontally towards the new station. The upper segment of the triple circle shield station deforms downward, while the lower segment deforms upward. Under the influence of the middle column of the triple-circle shield station, the upper settlement and the lower floating amount of the segments between the two columns are greater than those of the columns. In order to ensure the structural safety of the new triple circle shield station, measures such as adding temporary support, strengthening the stiffness of segments, and strengthening the connection between the column and the upper and lower seagull blocks should be taken. Different excavation footage causes different structural deformation of the station, which is not only caused by the nonlinear effect of materials, but also caused by the system evolution in the construction process. The research results can provide a reference for the construction of large transfer stations in urban core areas by using large cross-section or special-shaped shield machines.
