Abstract:
Taking the technical aesthetic concept of “guiding the craftsman with engineering” and “transforming technology into poetry” in contemporary architecture as the starting point, taking the parametric construction method and nonlinear aesthetic expansion in digital design as the main research object, and taking the function construction, number type linkage and skin optimization in digital design as the research content, the process of accurately regulating the nonlinear architectural form and skin by building a digital model based on parametric program was explored. Combined with the design practice of different scales such as landscape structures, public activity centers and gymnasiums, the design process and optimization content of building nonlinear form and skin based on RH/GH platform were introduced, and the adjustment effect of “graphic script form” of different mathematical functions built by Grasshopper software on the overall form and skin was emphasized. Mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis of the basic principles of digital design were carried out by using mathematical modeling method, and the importance of parametric modeling program and function curve in digital design was shown. Through research, the key points of digital design process in nonlinear form design were summarized, and the development and extension of contemporary architectural aesthetics were emphasized. The research results can provide design ideas and methods for accurate regulation and optimization of the non-linear construction of special-shaped form design, and provide a reference for the design strategy and quantitative research of contemporary architectural form and skin.
