- Abstract:
- In order to study the seismic performance of the prefabricated concrete frame structure joints, and to investigate the difference with the cast-in-situ concrete frame joint, two prefabricated frame joint specimens and one cast-in-situ frame joint specimen were designed and manufactured. The seismic performance such as hysteretic behavior, bearing capacity, displacement ductility, strength degradation, energy dissipation capacity, and failure pattern of specimens were studied through test. The results show that the energy dissipation performance of the prefabricated frame joints is similar with that of the cast-in-situ frame joint if design is reasonable, and its’ bearing capacity and initial stiffness are same as the cast-in-situ frame joint, but the degradation speed of bearing capacity is faster. Cumulative damage degree after yielding is worse serious than that of the cast-in-situ one. The damage and energy dissipation of the prefabricated concrete frame joints will be enhanced with the increasing of compression ratio.
