- Abstract:
- The interface bond properties of PBL stiffened concrete-filled steel tube component were studied. The shear behavior push-out test of the specimens was carried out based on PBL stiffener hole spacing, hole diameter, concrete coarse aggregate size. The test results were compared with ordinary concrete-filled steel tube specimens on interface bonding strength and shear stiffness. The modified calculation method of bearing capacity of PBL stiffener in concrete-filled steel tube influenced by concrete coarse aggregate content was presented. The results show that the shear bearing capacity and stiffness of concrete-filled steel tube can be obviously increased by setting PBL stiffener. The bond strength and shear modulus are affected by the stiffener perforated parameters. The correction coefficient to modify the original PBL shear bearing capacity formula is linear with area ratio of the coarse aggregate of concrete tenon inside the perforated plate.
