- Abstract:
- Aimed at a railway bridge under construction going across the existing railway line, in order to reduce the impact on the operation of the existing railway lines, the rotation construction method of hanging basket and pouring 2-64 m T-shape concrete at one side of the existing railway lines, and rotating the box girder to the design location around the main pier at the other side of the existing railway line was used. Numerical simulation was conducted using ABAQUS on the stress distribution of the T-shape rotary structure, and the results by finite element analysis were compared with real-time monitoring data on site. The results show that the T-shape rotary structure is generally at a low stress state, but the stress concentration is also found elsewhere. It is recommended to facilitate the T-shape rotary structure to meet the construction requirements by local reinforcement to ensure the safety and reliability of the rotation construction.
