Abstract:
Three grille type steel plate concrete composite shear wall test specimens were made, and the low-cyclic reversed horizontal load tests on composite shear walls were carried out, then the hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of specimens were draw out. The results show that grille type double steel plate concrete composite shear wall has high bearing capacity, good ductility and strong energy dissipation capacity, etc. The new type composite shear wall can make full use of the material properties of grille type steel plate and in-pipe concrete, and the concrete in the tube is under three pressure condition, which increases the compressive strength and ductility of the concrete. The existence of in-pipe concrete plate and the tie effect of the internal diaphragm plate steel effectively limit the out-of-plane deformation of steel plate, so the grille type steel plate concrete composite shear wall has good ability to resist buckling. When the displacement angle is 1/25 rad, cyclic loading time is 80, the new type of composite shear wall plastic hinge region still has no obvious damage and without any sound in test, which shows that the new composite shear wall also has good working performance during severe earthquake. The grille type double steel plate concrete composite shear wall can realize shear wall design requirements of seismic shear wall with high axial pressure ratio, higher ductility and thinner wall.
