Abstract:
Based on the background of terminal building, the calculation model with three concrete structural units at the lower part and the steel roof structure at the upper part was established. The response of complicated super-long structures under seismic traveling wave excitation was analyzed comprehensively. Five natural waves and two artificial waves were selected to excite in both earthquake propagation direction and perpendicular direction, and the effects of different apparent wave velocities were considered. The traveling wave effect of complicated super-long structure for terminal building was analyzed. The results show that there were symmetrical and antisymmetrical local vibration modes in complicated super-long structures. Because the mass participation coefficient of local modes is small, it is difficult to accurately reflect the seismic response of structures by vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method. Compared with the uniform input, the shear force of the lower floor increases greatly in multipoint input analysis, and the direction of seismic propagation has significant impact. The symmetrical structure also needs to consider the positive and negative directions of seismic propagation respectively. The maximum interstory displacement angle, torsional displacement ratio, internal forces of frame columns and steel roof members may be larger than those calculated by the uniform input method, and the distribution of overloaded members has certain regularity. Because excitation along long and short axes may play a controlling role, the effect of bidirectional earthquake should be taken into account in multipoint analysis of complicated super-long structures.
