Abstract:
In order to reduce the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent urban roads, improve the safety of supporting structure and avoid excessive safety redundancy, a numerical model of pile-soil-road load interaction was established by FLAC3D software based on the actual project. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with the field monitoring data. On this basis, the influence of pile diameter, embedded depth, anchor length and prestress parameters on the deformation behavior of retaining structure and adjacent roads was analyzed. The results show that the parameters of the original supporting pile are relatively conservative. Under the premise of meeting the stability requirements of the foundation pit, the pile diameter of 0.8 m and the embedded depth of 7.5 m can still meet the requirements of the road settlement control value. The increase of pile diameter and embedded depth can effectively inhibit the deformation of retaining structure and road. When the embedded depth is increased to 8.5 m, the control effect of foundation pit deformation is not obvious. For this site, the critical anchorage length of the anchor cable is about 12 m, and the increase of the anchorage length has a significant effect on the settlement control within the road range of 5-30 m outside the foundation pit. Under the condition that the retaining pile diameter is 0.8 m and the embedded depth is 7.5 m, for every 50 kN increase of the prestress value in the range of 150-250 kN, the reduction rate of the deep horizontal displacement of the pile under each anchorage length is at the same level(about 10%). The location of the maximum settlement point of the adjacent road under each working condition is related to the pile anchor parameters. As the proportion of road settlement caused by the deformation of the retaining structure gradually decreases and the proportion of road settlement caused by road load gradually increases, the location of the maximum settlement of the road tends to move from the side edge of the adjacent foundation pit to the center of the road. The research findings can provide reference for similar projects.
