Abstract:
Traditional Fengshui theory roots in the traditional Chinese culture, whose architecture value can be dated from the ring aspects as the Huangdi Tombs, has profound intension such as the “heaven and man as an organic whole”, which emphasizes the harmony between people and nature, and just has the same idea as modern ecological architecture thoughts of the west by coincidence. Because of the value and philosophy meaning, Fengshui perspective of environment arouses the respect and trust. From the following aspects as philosophy thoughts, aesthetic values, architecture condition and ecological concepts and so on, author debates that Fengshui theory has profound significant effect on the architecture, city planning and residential architecture.
