Abstract:
Based on the test data of one long and large socketed pile before and after pile-base grouting, the influence on exertion of side resistance and end resistance was comparatively analyzed. The results show that through socketed pile pile-base post-grouting, the force characteristics of pile-base sediment were improved powerfully, which increased the strength and deformation moduli of sediment. At the same time, the pile skin was replaced and filled under the pressure of slurry mud, and to some extends, the soft rock around the pile is penetrated and compacted, which enhances the whole mounted capacity of pile and the whole bearing capacity of socketed pile is improved by 14%. The research production can be applied to design of piles. It can also provide references for design and construction of similar socketed pile.
