Abstract:
Concrete specimens were scanned by using CT, based on the generated data, a three-dimensional geometric model was obtained by the three-dimensional reconstruction on the CT photos using MIMICS software. Then, mechanical experiments were implemented on different mixture ratios of both concrete and cement-mortar specimens, which provided mechanical parameters for numerical model. Finally, with the plastic damaged model,the loading process of three-dimensional concrete numerical specimens subjected to uniaxial tension and compression were simulated by using ABAQUS software. The comparison of numerical and experiment results was carried out. The results show that the proposed three-dimensional numerical model is rational.
