Abstract:
Taking a 30 m span prefabricated simply supported T-beam bridge as the research object, the accuracy of predicting bridge modal deflection under environmental excitation and the feasibility of evaluating bridge bearing capacity using modal testing method were studied. Firstly, the finite element model of the bridge was established, a static load test plan that met the loading efficiency requirements was designed, and then the modal testing tests on a simply supported T-beam bridge based on environmental excitation was conduced. The random subspace method was used to identify and obtain the modal parameters of the bridge structure, and the Kriging interpolation method was applied to expand the modal of the measured vibration modes of the bridge.The modal deflection of the mid-span section of a simply supported girder bridge under static test vehicle load was predicted, and the modal deflection was compared and analyzed with the measured static deflection. The results show that the modal expansion mode obtained by Kriging interpolation method can accurately predict the modal deflection of bridges. Compared with the measured static deflection, the relative error of the mid-span section of the large effect main beam does not exceed 10%, which basically meets the requirements of engineering accuracy. The modal deflection predicted based on environmental excitation modal parameter identification can replace the measured static deflection in static load tests, and then evaluate the actual stiffness state of bridges in combination with specifications. Accurate mid-span modal deflection can be obtained by only using the first three modal parameters of a simply supported girder bridge. Combining the advantages of static and dynamic load tests, the modal deflection obtained from modal testing can be used for rapid evaluation of the stiffness of wide simply supported girder bridges, with good accuracy and engineering feasibility.
