Abstract:
In order to study the application of information technology in the construction management of high-speed railway continuous girder bridges, taking the continuous beam bridge cross Xinyi River as the engineering background, the visual management technology of construction process of high-speed railway continuous girder bridges was developed based on BIM. Based on the parametric design characteristics of BIM Technology, the parametric family library of bridge structure and temporary construction facilities was improved, and the construction site and bridge structure models were established. The collision inspection of steel bars and the collision analysis of the construction process were carried out and the bridge design plan was optimized. The construction site layout plan was simulated based on BIM models and 3D documents were formed for visualization of construction. The construction monitoring was combined with BIM to realize the visualization of the construction monitoring layout plan. To avoid the problems of traditional construction schedule management method, 4D(3D+Time)construction schedule simulation and construction schedule management of high-speed railway continuous girder bridges were carried out. The results show that the parametric modeling strategy can improve the modeling efficiency of high-speed railway continuous girder bridges. BIM-based visual simulation of the entire construction process is not only conducive to improve the construction plan, it can also reduce the difficulty of understanding by construction personnel. 4D schedule management can realize dynamic and visual management of materials, equipment, site layout and construction schedule, effectively improve the refinement level of site management. The research results provide reliable technical support for visual management of construction process of high-speed railway girder bridges.
