摘要:
为了研究弦管填充混凝土对矩形钢管桁架结构受力性能的影响,以受压弦管填充混凝土的矩形钢管桁架梁为研究对象,采用有限元数值模拟的方法,综合考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,分析了模型在节点荷载作用下结构的应力和变形分布、塑性发展和破坏模式。结果表明:下弦空管节点应力集中现象较明显,其承载能力是整个桁架承载能力的瓶颈; 桁架的破坏模式是下弦空管节点塑性变形过大; 弦管填充混凝土的节点变形和应力均很小,其承载能力较空弦管节点提高较大,受压弦管填充混凝土的矩形钢管桁架延性较好。
Abstract:
In order to examine the effects of concrete-filling on structural behavior of rectangular hollow section(RHS)trusses, an RHS truss, whose compression chord member was filled with concrete, was investigated by finite element method. Considering the material and geometric nonlinearity, the stress, deformation distribution, plastic development and failure mode of the structure under loading were analyzed. The results indicate that the bearing capacity of the truss is determined by the over deformation of joints on unfilled RHS chord member, which is critical factor for RHS trusses. The deformation and the stress of joints on filled RHS chord member are quite small, and their bearing capacities improve greater than the unfilled joints. It also has good ductility for the RHS truss with concrete-filled compression chord member.
