绿色生态城区指标体系构建研究-《建筑科学与工程学报》

摘要:: 通过对绿色生态城区评价标准、陕西省绿色生态城区指标体系、重庆市绿色低碳生态城区评价指标体系、中新天津生态城指标体系以及安康市月河生态城区指标体系这5个案例标准的对比研究，构建具有普适性的绿色生态城区评价体系框架。首先对各案例指标体系因素层指标的关系进行剖析，利用基于定量的权重分析法对普适性指标和特色性指标进行提炼并归纳指标项的构成关系，然后解析各个指标体系的指标属性与实施阶段的设置规律，最后筛选组建一套涵盖指标建设与落实并满足自然生态、经济生态及社会生态等要求的综合评价指标体系框架。

Abstract:: Through comparing the five eco-cities cases, including assessment standard for green eco-district, evaluation index system of green eco-city in Shaanxi province, evaluation index system of green lowcarbon eco-city in Chongqing, Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city, and assessment index system of Yuehe eco-city area in Ankang, universal assessment system frame of green eco-city area was constructed. Firstly, the relationships between the indexes at each factor level of the index system in each case were analyzed. At the same time, based on the quantitative weight analysis, the general indexes and characteristic indexes were extracted and the formation relationships between the indexes were summarized. Then, the index properties of each index system, as well as the setting rules at the implementation stage were analyzed. Finally, a set of comprehensive evaluation index system framework covering index construction and implementation was selected and established, which satisfied the needs of natural ecology, economic ecology and social ecology.
