摘要:
为揭示软土地区高速公路改扩建工程中预制管桩处理效果与新老路堤变形协调问题,依托芜合高速公路改扩建工程,采用土工离心模型试验方法,研究了新老路堤荷载下地基的变形特性,分析新路拓宽后对既有老路堤产生的附加影响,并结合沉降预测评估了预制管桩对新老路堤的变形协调控制效果。结果表明:对于芜合高速公路改扩建工程,采用预制管桩处理拓宽路堤下软基,可将拓宽路堤作为附加荷载引起的老路工后沉降控制在5 cm以内; 拓宽路基处治后新路总沉降量小于15 cm,且工后沉降小于5 cm; 新老路基之间的差异沉降得到有效控制; 由于预制管桩处理地基的应力集中效应,显著降低了桩间土承担的拓宽路堤附加荷载,宏观表现为加速了地基的固结速率,降低了工后沉降; 研究成果可为软土地区高速公路改扩建工程预制管桩加固技术的设计与施工提供依据。
Abstract:
In order to reveal the effect of precast pipe pile treatment and the coordination of deformation between new and old embankments in the widening and reconstruction project of highways in soft soil areas, relying on Wuhe Expressway widening and reconstruction project, the geotechnical centrifuge model test method was used to study the deformation characteristics of the foundation under the load of new and old embankments. The additional impact of new road widening on the existing old embankment was analyzed, and the deformation coordination control effect of precast pipe piles on the new and old embankments was evaluated by combining settlement prediction. The results show that for the widening and reconstruction project of Wuhe Expressway, using precast pipe piles to treat the soft foundation under the widened embankment can control the post construction settlement of the old road caused by the widened embankment as an additional load within 5 cm. The total settlement of the new road after widening the roadbed treatment is less than 15 cm, and the post construction settlement is less than 5 cm. The differential settlement between the new and old roadbeds is effectively controlled. Due to the stress concentration effect of precast pipe piles in treating the foundation, the additional load on the widened embankment borne by the soil between the piles is significantly reduced, which is manifested macroscopically as accelerating the consolidation rate of the foundation and reducing post construction settlement. The research results can provide a basis for the design and construction of precast pipe pile reinforcement technology for highway widening and reconstruction projects in soft soil areas.
