摘要:
依托某注浆恢复大变形地铁盾构隧道的实际案例,建立确定性的有限差分模型。基于确定性分析模型,建立考虑地层参数空间变异性的随机有限差分模型,分析注浆距离、注浆体高度、注浆量3个关键注浆参数变化对隧道结构受力变形响应的影响。结果表明:注浆距离、注浆体高度以及注浆量变化引起的最大弯矩变化量的变异性明显大于水平收敛恢复量的变异性; 随着注浆距离的减小、注浆体高度的增大以及注浆量的增大,隧道的最大弯矩变化量随着水平收敛恢复量的增长趋势可近似为对数函数; 最大弯矩变化量对注浆距离的变化最为敏感,对注浆体高度变化的敏感程度相对较小; 注浆参数影响了隧道水平收敛及对应位置弯矩变化之间相互关系的整体强弱,而地层空间变异性则对其注浆效果的稳定性起主导作用。
Abstract:
Relying on an actual case of grouting to rehabilitate a metro shield tunnel with large deformation, a finite-difference deterministic analytical model was established. Based on the deterministic analysis model, a random finite difference model considering the spatial variability of soil parameters was established, and the influence of three key grouting parameters, grouting distance, grouting body height and grouting volume, on the stress and deformation response of tunnel structure was analyzed. The results show that the variability of maximum bending moments caused by variations in grouting distance, height of the grouting body and grouting volume is significantly greater than that of horizontal convergence reduction. As the grouting distance decreases, the grouting body height increases, and the grouting volume increases, the trend of maximum bending moment variation with increasing horizontal convergence reduction can be approximated as a logarithmic function. Among the grouting parameters, the maximum bending moment is most sensitive to variations in the grouting distance, while its sensitivity to variations in the height of grouting body is relatively weaker. Grouting parameters influence the strength of the interrelationship between the horizontal convergence and corresponding variation in bending moments, while the spatial variability of the soil plays a dominant role in determining the stability of the grouting effect.
