摘要:
分析了组合体墙板的应力蒙皮效应对轻钢钢柱侧向稳定的影响,探讨了组合体墙板体系的3种等效弹性支撑刚度,运用势能驻值原理推导了考虑组合体墙板蒙皮效应的钢柱平面外计算长度系数,并给出了考虑该效应的柱顶临界轴力计算方法及组合体墙板的相应截面与规格要求。通过对计算结果的分析可知,该法作为组合体墙板设计方法是合理可行的,可为工厂设计提供参考。
Abstract:
The influence of lateral stability for the column of light steel structure when considering stressed skin diaphragm effect of composite wallboard was analyzed, and three equivalent elastic stiffnesses of support of composite wallboard system were discussed by using principle of stationary potential energy, and the computing length coefficients in outer plane of steel column were derived when considering skin diaphragm effect of composite wallboard. Meanwhile, the calculation method about critical axial force of column and the corresponding section as well as specifications of composite wallboard for lateral stressed skin diaphragm were gotten. The analysis results show that the method is rational and can provide reference for design of factories.
