摘要:
为了解决大悬挑结构卸载过程中存在的技术难题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对重庆大剧院大悬挑结构卸载过程进行了数值模拟分析,根据分析结果确定了拆除临时支撑的合理顺序; 采用以变形控制为主、受力控制为辅的双重控制路线,通过与实际施工中的实测值进行对比,确定采用分次、分步的方法进行施工,确保卸载过程中结构的变形和受力始终处于安全范围之内。分析结果表明:该理论模型能较好地模拟大悬挑结构的实际状态。
Abstract:
In order to solve the technical difficulty problems in unloading process of the large cantilever structure, finite element analysis software ANSYS was adopted to simulate the unloading process for large cantilever structure of Chongqing Grand Theatre. According to the analytical results, the reasonable order of temporary supports removal was confirmed, and double-control guideline which regarded the deformation control as the main one and regarded the force control as the secondary one was adopted. Finally, the data measured values in the field were compared with the theoretical results, which determined the use of step-by-step approach in construction and ensured that the deformation and forces of the structure in the unloading process remained in the scope of security. The analytical results show that the theoretical model proposed in the paper can preferably simulate the large cantilever structure.
