摘要:
根据70根角钢压杆构件的试验结果,并结合有限元分析模型考察了单面螺栓连接跨中有支撑的单角钢的极限承载力和不同长细比下的破坏模态,提出了提高该类构件承载力的构造措施,同时在查阅和比较各国多个相关规范和文献的基础上,对《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》(DL/T 5154—2002)的压杆稳定计算公式提出了修改建议。分析结果表明:小长细比构件易发生连接肢的端部局部失稳,大长细比构件则易发生弯曲整体失稳,构件沿最小轴和平行轴失稳宜采用不同的换算长细比公式; 所得结果为今后的铁塔设计工作提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
Ultimate bearing capacity of single angle struts with one-sided bolt connection was studied by combining with the finite element simulation according to results of strut tests with 70 angles. The relationship between failure mode and slenderness ratio was discussed. The construction measures to increasing bearing capacity of this kind of members were also proposed. Based on the comparison of several relevant codes, revising suggestions for calculation formula of strut stability in Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line(DL/T 5154—2002)were put forward. The analytical results show that failure of members with low slenderness ratio tends to cause local buckling, while failure of members with high slenderness ratio will cause flexural buckling. It is also pointed that different formulas for calculating equivalent slenderness ratio should be adopted respectively for members buckling towards parallel axis and those towards minor axis. Research results can provide theoretical basis for design of steel towers in the future.
