采用ANSYS大型通用有限元软件对3跨连续钢板梁桥进行了三维数值模拟,研究了腹板间隙面外变形所产生的应力状态,并对腹板间隙大小、腹板厚度、横撑类型、横撑刚度等关键结构参数进行了分析; 根据某高速实际车辆动态称重实测结果,分析了超载车辆作用下腹板间隙处的面外变形应力。结果表明:腹板间隙大小和腹板厚度均对面外变形应力影响较大; 车辆超载时,腹板间隙处极易萌生疲劳裂纹。
Abstract:
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of a three-span continuous steel plate girder bridge was established to study the complex stress state caused by the out-of-distortion in web-gap using finite element software ANSYS. Meanwhile, some key structural parameters, such as web gap size, web thickness, cross-bracing type and cross frame stiffness were analyzed in the numerical models. The measured web gap sizes and web thickness types gave the great affection on the out-of-plane distortion fatigue stresses at web gaps. The results show that the influences of web gaps and cross frame on out-of-plane distortion are great. Fatigue cracking occurs easily at web gaps under overload.
