摘要:
探讨了电弧喷涂纳米封闭复合涂层的制备工艺,并通过结合强度试验、中性盐雾试验、湿热试验、人工气候老化试验、电化学性能试验和海洋腐蚀挂片试验对该复合涂层的综合性能进行了系统的测试和评价。结果表明:电弧喷涂纳米封闭复合涂层具有高附着力和高耐腐蚀性,对于钢铁基体具有长久耐腐蚀的保护作用,具有广泛的工程应用前景。
Abstract:
Authors discussed the procedure of arc spraying nano sealing composite coating, and through a series of tests, such as bond strength test, the neutral salt spray test, test of resistance to heat and humidity, artificial weathering age test, electrochemical performance test and marine corrosive panel test, the systematic comprehensive performance of arc spraying nano sealing composite coating was studied. Results show that arc spraying nano sealing composite coating with high adhesion and high corrosion resistance characteristic, for steel substrate has long life of corrosion resistance protection, and has wide engineering application prospects on steel bridges.
