通过室内加速氯离子侵蚀试验,测试不同侵蚀时间内掺GN防盐蚀剂混凝土和无防盐蚀剂混凝土内部不同深度处的氯离子浓度,研究GN防盐蚀剂对氯离子扩散系数和混凝土表面氯离子浓度的影响,引入氯离子扩散系数降低系数和表面氯离子浓度降低系数,对防盐蚀剂的效果进行定量评价。结果表明:GN防盐蚀剂可以使混凝土中氯离子的扩散系数降低31.3%,混凝土表面氯离子浓度降低22.67%;防盐蚀剂可以较大程度地提高氯离子侵蚀环境下输变电基础的使用寿命。
Abstract:
Through indoor accelerated chloride ion erosion test, chloride ion concentrations in concrete with GN salt erosion inhibitor and without salt erosion inhibitor at different depths and erosion time was tested. The impacts of GN salt erosion inhibitor on chloride diffusion coefficient and surface chloride ion concentration of concrete were researched. The reduction coefficient of chloride diffusion coefficient and surface chloride ion concentration of concrete were introduced to quantitative evaluate the effect of salt erosion inhibitor. The results show that GN salt erosion inhibitor can reduce chloride diffusion coefficient by 31.3% and can reduce surface chloride ion concentration by 22.67%. GN salt erosion inhibitor can increase service life of power transmission and transformation foundation structure in large extent in chloride ion environment.
