摘要:
为对比分析不同断裂模型在钢结构断裂破坏预测中的适用性,选取3类典型的断裂模型(微孔扩展模型、GTN模型、连续损伤模型)对钢结构的断裂破坏进行预测分析。首先基于试验数据标定了Q345钢材以及焊缝金属的断裂模型参数,然后将这3类断裂模型通过ABAQUS的用户子程序嵌入到有限元分析程序中,最后将这3类模型应用到开孔板以及梁柱焊接节点的断裂破坏分析中。结果表明:3类模型均能很好地预测开孔板和节点裂纹的起始和发展过程;3类模型对于开孔板断裂位移的预测精度相当,但对于相对复杂的梁柱焊接节点,GTN模型对裂纹起始位移的预测精度明显高于其他2类模型。
Abstract:
In order to compare and analyze the applicability of different fracture models in fracture failure prediction of steel structures, three typical fracture models (void growth model, GTN damage model and continuum damage model) were selected to predict the fracture behavior of steel structure. Firstly, the fracture model parameters of Q345 steel and welded metal were calibrated based on the test results. Then, the three fracture models were embedded into the finite element analysis program through the user subroutine of ABAQUS. Finally, the three models were applied to the analysis of the fracture of perforated plate and welded joints of beam column. The results show that the three models can well predict the crack initiation and development process of perforated plates and welded joints. The three models have the same prediction accuracy for the fracture displacement of perforated plate. For relatively complex beam column welded joints, the prediction accuracy of GTN model for crack initiation displacement is significantly higher than the other two models.
