摘要:
对由现浇密肋梁和预制混凝土空心箱体组合而成的WFB混凝土密肋空心楼盖进行了分析。针对这种新型结构形式的抗弯刚度,进行了9 m×9 m的足尺模型静水加载试验; 并通过有限元软件ANSYS分析了计入全部空心箱体刚度和不考虑空心箱体刚度的两种有限元模型。基于试验得到的荷载-挠度曲线和计入全部空心箱体刚度的有限元模型得到的荷载-挠度曲线吻合这一结果,得出了WFB混凝土密肋空心楼盖抗弯刚度的计算方法; 并提出了WFB混凝土密肋空心楼盖的两种设计方法以及其挠度的近似计算方法。
Abstract:
The WFB cast-in-situ hollow-ribbed concrete floor, which composed by space beams and the prefabricated concrete box fillers, was analyzed. In order to study the flexural rigidity of this new structure, a WFB cast-in-situ hollow-ribbed concrete floor model of 9 m×9 m size had been tested. The FEM(finite element method)software ANSYS was used to analyze the two FEM models, one of which whole considered the prefabricated concrete box filler's rigidity while the other didn't. Depending on the load and deflection relation curve of the first FEM modules tallied with the load and deflection relation curve of the test, the mechanism of flexural rigidity for the WFB cast-in-situ hollow-ribbed concrete floor was set up. Two design methods of the structure and the method of calculating defection were given.
