摘要:
针对外贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)布加固钢筋混凝土构件通常发生CFRP布与混凝土之间的剥离破坏,使得CFRP布的抗拉强度得不到充分利用的问题,提出了一种将外贴法与机械锚固法相结合的新型复合粘结技术,由1个钢片和2个螺栓组成的锚固件对外贴在钢筋混凝土构件上的CFRP布进行锚固,并进行了7根钢筋混凝土梁的试验,主要研究CFRP布的粘贴层数及锚固件间距对加固效果的影响。分析结果表明:新型复合粘结技术可以有效地阻止剥离破坏的发生,使梁的极限承载力得到显著提高,提高程度随CFRP布粘贴层数的增加而增加。
Abstract:
According to the problem that the tensile strength of carbon fiber reinforced polymers(CFRP)isn't fully utilized due to the failure mode of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP sheet usually deboned between the interface of CFRP sheet and concrete, a new hybrid bonding technique which combined the externally bonded FRP(EB-FRP)and the mechanically fastened FRP(MF-FRP)was presented by using a mechanical fastener to anchor the CFRP sheet. The mechanical fastener was composed of one steel plate and two bolts, and the experimental research of seven reinforced concrete beams was carried out, meanwhile, the influence of reinforcement effect on the number of CFRP sheet layer and the space of mechanical fastener were mainly considered. The analytical results show that the new hybrid bonding technique can effectively prevent the occurrence of debonding failure, which promotes the ultimate bearing capacity of beam significantly and the improved degree increases with increase of the number of CFRP sheet layer.
