摘要:
针对混凝土细观数值模型生成的骨料形状与真实骨料形状不一致及难以进行凹凸型骨料的侵入判断等问题,提出了一种基于真实骨料形状库的骨料数值生成方法。采用双判据准则直接对凹凸型骨料进行侵入判断,并提出一种两阶段细观有限元方法对混凝土试件进行网格剖分; 采用VC++开发的混凝土力学性能细观数值模拟前处理软件对该方法进行了验证。结果表明:这种改进的骨料数值生成方法使细观数值模型更加接近实际混凝土试件,消除了外包络辅助几何体增加骨料占用面积对骨料填充率的影响,同时能够尽可能地用矩形单元对混凝土细观数值模型中的各相材料分别进行网格剖分。
Abstract:
Aimed at the problems of the shapes of numerical simulation aggregates not matching the real aggregates, and the random aggregate invasion judgement being difficult, a modified method for generating the numerical aggregates based on the data base of real aggregate shapes was proposed. Invasion judgement was carried out for random aggregates by using dual criterion rule, and the finite element method of the mesoscopic mesh division generation at two-stages was developed for concrete specimens. The method was verified by using mesoscopic numerical pretreatment software of concrete mechanical performance. The results show that the mesoscopic numerical model is more approach to the real concrete specimens, and the effect of external auxiliary geometry of aggregates on the aggregate rate is eliminated, and the rectangular elements can be used to mesh division of materials of concrete mesoscopic numerical model as possible.
