摘要:
为了研究盐渍土地区混凝土抗腐蚀性能,在青海省格尔木市察尔汗盐湖盐渍土地区进行实地走访,调研盐渍土地区混凝土结构构件的腐蚀状况,收集了多种混凝土防盐蚀的有效措施,对防盐蚀措施和防护效果进行了分析,针对不同的工程结构总结出相应有效可行的防腐措施。结果表明:工程结构与盐渍土或卤水接触部分的腐蚀最为严重,采取了防腐措施的混凝土结构构件腐蚀较轻,提高混凝土强度等级和增加保护层厚度可以适应各种类型的混凝土结构防腐。研究结果可为新建混凝土结构构件的防腐提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to study anti-corrosion performance of concrete in saline soil region,a visit was paid to Chaerhan salt lake saline soil region in Geermu, Qinghai Province. Authors researched the corrosion situation of concrete structures and members in saline soil region, collected several effective saline corrosion measures of concrete, analyzed saline corrosion measures and prevention effect, summarized the corresponding effective and feasible anti-corrosion measures for different engineering structures. Results show that the engineering structures contacted with saline soil or salty water are corroded most serious, concrete structures and members of taking anti-corrosion measures have less corrosion, improving the strength grade of concrete and increasing the protective layer thickness can suit for all kinds of concrete structures' anti-corrosion. The study results can provide references for newly built concrete structures and members' anti-corrosion.
