摘要:
在理论和试验研究成果基础上,将带缝钢板剪力墙(SPWS)这一新型抗侧力技术应用在四川都江堰灾后重建重点项目兴堰·逸苑中。总结了该技术应用所涉及设计中的适用域、适用条件、布置位置和简化模型等方面的技术规律,同时归纳并分析了其在加工中的竖缝切割工艺、等离子切割速度、摩擦面和摩擦因数,以及在安装中的螺栓终拧时间、钢板墙位置校准、钢板墙底角部构造等方面的技术要点和技术细节,从而为该技术的推广应用提供参考。
Abstract:
Based on the theoretical and experimental research results, the new type of lateral resistant technology of steel plate shear wall with silts(SPWS)was extensively applied in the project of Xingyan· Yiyuan which was one of the most important projects in Dujiangyan earthquake relief, Sichuan Province. The key technical points and details involving in design including application scope, application condition, layout location, simplified model, and in manufacturing including slit cutting process, cutting velocity of plasma, surface and coefficient of friction, and in installing including final pinching time of bolts, calibration of layout location, corner construction, etc. during the course of application of this technology were summarized and analyzed in detail. It can be referred for the extension application of this technology.
