摘要:
为了研究预应力芳纶纤维布因应力松弛引起的预应力损失,进行了28个试件的应力松弛性能试验。结果表明:预应力芳纶纤维布的应力松弛损失随着张拉控制应力的提高而增大; 松弛损失率与时间对数线性相关; 持荷初期应力松弛发展较快,200 h后趋于稳定; 浸胶的芳纶纤维布应力松弛损失相对于不浸胶的芳纶纤维布较小; 10 ℃~30 ℃条件下,温度变化对预应力芳纶纤维布的应力松弛影响不明显。
Abstract:
For researching the loss of prestress caused by the stress relaxation of prestressed aramid fiber reinforced polymer(AFRP)sheets, an experiment about stress relaxation performances of aramid fiber sheets with 28 specimens was carried out. The results show that the higher the tension control stress is, the greater the stress relaxation loss becomes; the relaxation rate linearly depends on the time logarithm; stress relaxation is fast at the beginning and tends to be stable after 200 h; the stress relaxation loss of dipping AFRP sheets is lower than the sheets without dipping; stress relaxation of prestressed AFRP sheets caused by the temperature variations is not obvious under 10 ℃~30 ℃ conditions.
