摘要:
为研究新型钢桁梁-混凝土箱梁结合段的构造形式和力学性能,以贵黔高速鸭池河大桥为工程背景,建立了实桥钢-混结合段的数值模型,详细分析了在竖向最大弯矩荷载工况下结合段各部分的受力行为和传力状况,选择了3类主要的构造变量(剪力连接件类型、结合段长度和过渡段长度),对比了不同构造参数对结合段力学性能的影响。结果表明:结合段构造较合理,受力可靠,除钢板预应力束锚固点和混凝土角隅处存在应力集中外,整体应力水平不高; 结合段钢顶板、底板上的连接件纵向剪力分布不均匀,四周剪力较大,横向不均匀程度更严重; 结合段内钢梁和混凝土间传力平稳,靠近承压板处钢板内力能迅速传到混凝土内部,远离承压板处混凝土应力趋于均匀; 相比于PBL和组合连接件,栓钉连接件的剪力分布更均匀,传力更平顺; 结合段长度增加反而会降低中间区段的传力效率,不应盲目增加其长度; 增加过渡段长度会将使更多的内力分配到承压板上,对内力的横向非均匀分布没有明显的缓和作用。
Abstract:
In order to study the structural form and mechanical performance of an innovative steel truss girder-concrete box girder connecting section, a numerical model of the real steel concrete connecting section of the bridge was established based on the Yachi river bridge of Guiqian expressway. The mechanical performance and force transmission of each part of the connecting section under the maximum vertical moment load condition were analyzed in detail. Three kinds of main structural variables were selected(the type of shear connector, the length of connecting section and the length of transition section), and the effects of different structural parameters on the mechanical performance of the connecting section were compared. The results show that the structure of the connecting section is reasonable and the stress is reliable. The overall stress level is not high except for the stress concentration at the anchorage point of the steel plate prestressed tendon and the concrete corner. The longitudinal shear force distribution of the connectors on the steel roof and bottom plate of the connecting section is uneven, the shear force around is larger, and the degree of transverse nonuniformity is more serious. The force transmission between steel beam and concrete in the connecting section is stable. The internal force of steel plate near the bearing plate can quickly transfer to the concrete, and the stress of concrete far away from the bearing plate tends to be uniform. Compared with PBL and composite connectors, the shear force distribution of stud connector is more uniform and the force transmission is smoother. The increase of the length of the connecting section will reduce the force transfer efficiency of the middle section, so it's unreasonable to blindly increase its length. Increasing the length of the transition section will make more internal forces distributed to the bearing plate, and has no obvious easing effect on the transverse non-uniform distribution of internal forces.
