摘要:
以某主跨156 m的5跨连续双塔双索面自锚式预应力混凝土悬索桥为背景,根据该类桥型的建造特点,讨论了加劲梁、猫道、成桥主缆线形、空缆线形、吊索张拉、索鞍顶推等的控制及分析方法。应用数值分析方法提出了单元选取、边界条件设置、荷载选取、工况模拟的方法。运用上述方法完成了依托桥梁的过程控制,取得了最终成桥主缆高程偏差仅为3.9 cm,吊索索力相对误差小于4%,主塔偏位最大偏差仅为2.1 cm和主梁高程误差仅为6.6 cm的良好控制效果。研究结果表明:所提出的分析方法考虑问题全面,具有较好的控制效果。
Abstract:
Aimed at the problems of analysis for concrete selfanchored suspension bridge, a main span 156 m fivespan prestressed concrete double tower and double cable plane selfanchored suspension bridge was taken as the example bridge. According to the bridge construction process, control and analysis methods were discussed, such as stiffening beam, catwalk, main cable shape, unloaded cable shape, suspender tensioning, saddle preoffset, etc. Using the numerical analysis method, the unit selection, boundary conditions setting, load selection and condition simulation were proposed. Process control of the bridge was completed applying the above methods and good control effect was got, such as final cable elevation deviation was 3.9 cm, relative error of suspender cable force was less than 4%, main tower deviation was 2.1 cm and main girder elevation error was 6.6 cm. The study results show that the proposed analysis method takes into account the problems comprehensively, has good control effect.
