摘要:
以某18层装配整体式混凝土框架工程为背景,按照“强柱弱梁”、“强节点弱构件”的原则设计试件,取其标准层中典型的普通剪跨比边节点和短剪跨比边节点进行低周反复荷载下的足尺模型试验,对装配整体式混凝土框架边节点的破坏形态、滞回曲线、位移延性、耗能能力、剪切变形进行了系统的研究。结果表明:2个装配整体式混凝土框架边节点在低周反复荷载下均具有较大的安全储备; 普通剪跨比边节点和短剪跨比边节点的破坏形态分别为梁端弯曲破坏和梁端剪切破坏,此时梁端纵向钢筋屈服,而柱内纵向钢筋和核心区内箍筋在整个受力过程中均处于弹性状态; 发生弯曲破坏的普通剪跨比边节点的耗能明显高于发生剪切破坏的短剪跨比边节点的耗能。
Abstract:
Taking an eighteen-story precast monolithic concrete frame engineering as background, designing the specimens in terms of the objective of strong column-weak beam and strong joint-weak element, the full-scale model tests of two different typical shear-span ratio connections with composite beams and cast-in-place columns were carried out under low cyclic loading. Failure mode, hysteresis curve, displacement and ductility, energy dissipation capacity, shear deformation of precast monolithic concrete frame exterior connections were systematically studied. The results show that the two precast monolithic concrete frame exterior connections have large safety margins under low cyclic loading. The connections with normal shear-span ratio fail in bending and short shear-span ratio fail in shearing at the fixed beam ends. The longitudinal steel bars at the fixed beam end yield while the longitudinal steel bars in the column and the joint hoops keep in elastic state. The connections with normal shear-span ratio have better energy dissipation than connections with short shear-span ratio.
