提出了一种新型防屈曲耗能支撑,即双矩管带肋约束型H型截面装配式防屈曲耗能支撑,利用有限元纤维模型进行了大量算例分析,揭示了其受力规律和工作机理,并建立了一套完整的基于构件层面的设计方法,包括外围构件的刚度和承载力要求、加劲肋间距控制条件以及长螺杆连接件截面设计等; 研究了外围约束刚度的变化对防屈曲构件性能的影响。分析结果表明:该新型防屈曲耗能支撑的设计方法可为工程应用提供参考和指导。
Abstract:
Authors presented a new type of buckling-restrained brace(BRB)assembled with dual ribbed rectangular hollow. The mechanical behaviors of the ribbed BRB were intensively investigated theoretically, and the corresponding design methods including the requirements of the stiffness and bearing capacity of outer restraining subassembly, the controlling conditions of the distance between ribbed panels, as well as the cross-sectional area of the long screw connectors were proposed based on sufficient numerical examples using the finite element fiber model. Meanwhile, the mechanical regulation and working mechanism were revealed. The hysteretic behavior of BRB was also studied to investigate the influence of outer restraining subassembly. Analysis results show that the design method achieved in the paper will provide reference and guidance for the engineering applications.
