摘要:
为研究中国规范《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)计算壁厚2 mm以下钢板自攻螺钉连接抗剪承载力的适用性和钢板非钢板单颗自攻螺钉连接抗剪承载力设计方法,对钢板钢板、钢板石膏板以及钢板定向刨花板(OSB板)连接件共计34个试件进行了试验研究,分析了板材类型、螺钉端距等因素对连接件抗剪承载力的影响,并将中国规范、英国规范和北美AISI S10012规范计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析,最后提出钢板非钢板单颗自攻螺钉连接抗剪承载力设计方法。研究结果表明:钢板OSB板、钢板石膏板连接件破坏模式为OSB板与石膏板发生承压破坏,且具有明显的方向性;随螺钉端距的增大,试件抗剪承载力有所提高;中国规范GB 50018—2002适用于壁厚2 mm以下冷弯薄壁型钢板自攻螺钉连接抗剪承载力的设计计算,且偏于安全。
